To quickly showcase their skills, through AMP, RES.NET agents have the ability to upload their photo, resume, certifications, awards, and recommendations to highlight their skills. This enables them to stand out amongst their peers in the areas they service. In addition, this resume connects to the Buyer and Homeowner Portal, enabling agents to advertise themselves to Buyers and Homeowners.
The RES.NET Agent University has been developed for our AMP Professional level Agents. Here, they can access free online agent workshops that have been designed to teach them how to maximize their business, and get the most out of AMP, in addition to providing the best service possible to sellers and buyers. We will also be partnering with Servicers to create courses that focus on their specific processes for selling REOs or Short Sales.
Agents within the RES.NET community can purchase exclusive advertising rights to their selected zip code(s). When an Asset Manager or Homeowner is looking for an agent in your purchased zip code(s), your banner ad will be at the top of the list! It is one of the most impactive and cost-effective ways for them to find you within the REO Portal.
Take AMP with you wherever you go with the AMP app. Access data and major functions of AMP, including access to your dashboard. Conduct property searches, add new properties, assignments and contracts, while checking on your listing expirations and inventory stats. While on location, take photos and videos, and upload immediately for instant property inspections and marketing. Complete critical and time sensitive tasks online and on site to ensure the highest quality results, and access property data and contact information from anywhere.
AMP creates short sale opportunities by linking agents to mortgage servicers and homeowners. AMP allows agents to instantaneously receive and transmit secure communications, tasks, documents, and reports with servicers and homeowners through the Short Sale Portal. Servicer forms and requirements are clearly laid out and secure, and because RES.NET stores all documents for both the seller and the agent, there is no chance for them to get lost in the process.
The RES.NET Buyer Portal was designed to empower the Buyer, to simplify the connection to the Seller's asset. Potential Buyers may submit purchase inquiries and showing requests directly to AMP agents after first being prescreened to determine whether the inquiry is from a private buyer or licensed agent. Additionally, potential buyers can search for an agent within the Portal's database, which is comprised exclusively of AMP agents.
