The Short Sale Portal provides a Servicer with critical tools to manage the short sale workflow process. Featuring an electronic file submission and automated workflow, the Portal connects and streamlines communication between the Servicer, Homeowner, and Listing Agent. Efficiently receive, organize and distribute homeowner deliverables, support automated offer submissions, evaluations, and negotiations, and track essential closing information.
The Short Sale Portal provides the Servicer with a completely paperless application. All documentation that is pertinent to the Short Sale transaction is contained within the application, whether you need to access, submit or edit key documents. Receive homeowner qualification packages, offer terms, and closing information via a secure e-submission portal, and access property files, photos, and homeowner documentation in a secure Property Library.
Tasks are assigned in the user configurable administration menu to keep the workflow process going and the transaction in compliance. Homeowners can assign tasks to listing agents to keep the workflow process going, and to keep the short sale transaction in compliance. The Short Sale Portal incorporates a sophisticated notification center to notify users of task assignments, property status changes, as well as, offer negotiations. Notifications will be sent immediately to all members of the short sale transaction, and custom report templates can be designed for real-time short sale analytics such as inventory, tasks due and completed, closing, and custom ad-hoc reporting. Fewer phone calls will be needed as the status of transactions is sent directly to the Homeowner, eliminating the need for many phone calls.
Mirroring the connectivity model between key players in the REO transaction, the Short Sale Portal was designed to connect the Servicer, the Homeowner, and the Listing Agent. Real-time connectivity via tasking and messaging between these users will ensure that Short Sale transactions managed through RES.NET move quickly. Providing maximum communication, the Short Sale Portal provides seamless access to each of the three users in the transaction, while ensuring that every step along the way is accounted for. Agents have the added benefit of being able to connect to the Short Sale Portal through the Agent portal they are already using.
